I've just noticed that my BBS members are unable to logon to the board.
The BBS hasn't been too public facing so no activity and no one to complain. I found the issue ealier today while using test accounts.
I have validated test accounts that are being denied logon with the
below message:
"Sorry, your account has not been validated".

Did you set the different levels in level editor?

Are you using the Matrix login?
If you are using Matrix login, then the user must meet the requirements of the "Matrix ACS" setting in your Login/Matrix Settings.
If they do not then they will get that message.
