I just saw messages from Hub 1 and Hub 4.
That is unexpected.
I'm not sure how often hub 2 and 3 exchange mail. It's possible that message will arrive in a short time.
Perhaps hub 2 and 3 can get together and check that mail is flowing as expected.

Clrghouz confirms that mail is being received from Hub 2 and processed successfully, as well as being sent to Hub 2.
