    Why shouldn't they? You can mount CD image or use real CD very easily with all popular and fully functional MSDOS/PC emulators (Dosbox, 86Box).

    Any particular problem that is boggling you in detail?

    Some do. I've used StoneKeep and early Heros of Might and Magic with DOSemu.. probably going to depend on the game and how it tried to drive everything as
    to what will and won't work.
