I checked my logs and it appears that my system is trying both the IPV4
address and then the IPV6 address, in that order, and neither is responding.

I also tried this morning to telnet to the IPV4 address on port 24557 and didn't get a response.

Good morning/afternoon(?). It appears that 21:1/10 may be having an issue. It looks like my binkd has not been able to connect since sometime over the weekend, local time.

yep apologies the HUB BinkD server crashed but I have restarted this and all seems OK now, let me know if not from your end. Thanks!

Yes, it seems to have been running well for several days now.

As I was reminded about a week ago... they know when we are away and know
    when to randomly crash. ;)

I'm sure I've told this story before, but back when I first started my
BBS on Telegard/FD, I went away for a week. Had a great time learning
XENIX at a class in Santa Cruz, CA on the California central coast. I'd
end up moving out there some twenty years later.

I got back in town, opened the door and heard, coming out of the BBS PC
speaker SOS in morse code. It turned out that shortly after I'd left,
the modem hung, FrontDoor couldn't reset it, it beeped out an SOS and restarted. 90 seconds later, it repeated.

My neighbors must have loved that.

I don't think I have heard that one before. Yes, if you were in an
apartment I am sure they did love it. :D

I remember that FD alarm sound clearly and (somewhat) fondly. It got your attention. :-)
