The Yes Men are back. Early this morning, the pair of pranksters and
their henchpeople hit the streets of Manhattan to hand out copies of a climate change-themed New York Post spoof with the blaring headline: “WE’RE SCREWED.” The cover story explains, “It’s official. It’s getting hot down here. And if we don’t stop burning oil and
coal, the Big Apple will be cooked.”

That happens if Mystic doesn't set the CHRS kludge for a quoted UTF-8 mail, jamnntpd reads the mail as CP437, converts it to ISO 8859-1 and
the newsreader has to deal with unexpected characters. Or something
like this.
Hello Oli,
That happens if Mystic doesn't set the CHRS kludge for a quoted
UTF-8 mail, jamnntpd reads the mail as CP437, converts it to ISO
8859-1 and the newsreader has to deal with unexpected characters.
Or something like this.
If we could drop all this CHRS this, CHRS that and just go with UTF-8
this would all be some much simpler.

But what about older software that cannot display UTF-8 properly? Like

I was actually just quoting it back so you'd know it made it through. Also, I am not running mystic, but nodes between you and I are.
