I would like to have a new flag for overlay networks too (Tor, i2p, ...). We should also think about future transports, e.g. binkp over QUIC.

I prefer IBNS over IBS. The BN in IBN stands for binkp, let's keep it intact.

I'm undecided between

IBNS, IBNO, IBNQ
and
SBN, OBN, QBN

but I think IBN* is more consistent.

We also could introduce a more flexible new flag. Something like
