I have noticed that some fsxNet messages seem to be
getting lost on their way to Roon's BBS.
I found some more examples of messages lost on the way to Roon's BBS (21:4/148).
Here is a list of the last 20 messages I have in FSX_NET:
It's possibly related to the new NET 4 HUB I am setting
up and about to cut over to at the end of the month.
Although as yet I cannot be sure but a hunch is some
messages destined for the soon to be retired HUB are
being prematurely sent to the soon to be put into
service HUB.
I'm a bit time poor at present and soon to do some
travel out of town, but I'll endeavor to investigate as
time permits.
I think there have been problems with lost messages on the way to Roon's BBS for at least a few weeks (I'm not sure how long the net 4 hub
changes have been going on).
I messaged Roon on his BBS and he was already aware of the issue and he also suggested that the hub 4 changes may affect this, which totally
makes sense.
I have noticed that some fsxNet messages seem to be getting lost on their way to Roon's BBS.
I have made a tweak at my end that *may* make a difference to what is happening in the lead up to the cut over to the new instance of NET 4
HUB.
