Hey All,

Whilst Al's Geek Lab wasn't exactly switched off, it didn't recieve any proper love in around two years. Some of the mods just plain stopped working, some of them broke after upgrading to Mystic A49 (from A46). I spent some time the other weekend fixing up the important stuff like the rJAM mailer from opicron, MRC chat and so forth, but since I've been out of the scene for a while, I was wondering if people could give me a run down of what their fave Mystic mods are in 2025 and why. I'd be super keen to get the top ones running on AGL BBS!

I'm also keen to write my own one or two. Last one I wrote was the cointracker mod that has been happily tracking the top 10 cypto coins since 2021 - has amassed quite a lot of trend data now! I was recently fiddling with some news APIs but they got too time consuming but I was going to write a current news reader thingy. If anyone knows a good (read easy to use and current) news API that I could use let me know. If you have any other ideas for mods you'd like me to write that shouldn't take too much effort, let me know. Happy to hear what the BBS world wants in their life!

It is paid @ $12 (I think..).

Highly recommended. Even the ANSI animations are outstanding, but the Sixel animations are particularly innovative.
