Every couple of days, I get login attempts that create the following in my log file:

Can anyone provide any insight as to what's going on? Do I have something setup wrong? Is someone trying to bypass the login procedure? I have tried searching the internet and the Mystic wiki and not found much in the way of help. That's why I'm asking here.

My system details are Windows 11 using Mystic v1.12 A49 compiled 2023/04/30 14:53:08.

I apologize for the length of this post. I would rather give too much info than not enough.

Does your Opening page use the BOT CHECKER?
Those are telnet bots attempting standard passwords normally as one port is kept open but then closed (timed out). I get them all the time and add that IP to my block list (especially after they call back 3+ more times in a row.

If you also use a web interface, that is where you see them more often (I see them more from my main Internet web interface than if they use a telnet program). Nothing on your end to worry about as they are just ports staying open after there is a disconnect.

The Mystic Program is asking "are you still there" and never hears back from them and once your TIMER has reached its set limit, it drops the "carrier" and resets the node for the next caller.
