Hello,

The Test BBS is running at tinysbbs.hopto.org using the default
MagickaBBS ports. Like apam's this is at my house and only if I
remember to launch it. LOL

Unlike apam's the message networks aren't live yet as I'm still only processing that manually so I don't have to reconfigure everything with
new address.

Testing the web interface now. :)
