  • Coloured Quotes / Origin Lines

    Hi

    Just pushed a change that makes the coloured quotes / origin lines configurable.

    See dist/config/bbs.ini for more info.

    Note the [colours] section can also be spelled [colors]

    bright brown is yellow (you can put yellow or bright brown)

    bright backgrounds (ICE colours) are not supported in this, if you put a
    bright background it will override it with black.

    Being an American, but also a big Pink Floyd fan, I used to spell colour
    the same way it was spelled on The Dark Side of the Moon song list. :) I
    got marked down a few times in "English" class in high school and college
    for spelling it that way. :(

    Well in magicka you are free to spell it both ways. I figure it will save
    some WTF moments when people are trying to configure their colours and
    it's not working because they're not spelling the way magicka is
    expecting.

    Completely agree with you. Also a Pink Floyd fan, and have spelled colour and color depending on the occasion. Ha, Mystic is saying the colour is spent incorrectly... :)

    If they want it spent the American way, the class should be called
    "American", and not "English". ;)

    Saves confusing Americans. We're used to a lot of American config files with things like "COLOR" in them, but not the other way around. :D

    Laugh. It's just "one of those things". I can deal without the U but
    I normally use it because that's how I was taught.
