Hi Gaz. I'm over here in southern Canada. I JUST picked my last tomato, and
it was delicious. Oh, and the pickles/jam, and pickled onions are canned up
for winter. Gotta love this world. :-)

Summer is over here... I still have my monster tomato plant making more than
we can eat. Hordes of pepper plants still going strong too! Will probably restart them all from seed next year if they die out.

Purchased the tomato monster and 1 pepper planet for $2.47 each, less than 4" tall when I got them. Started 'pepperbox farms' from seed and they have
filled the whole planter.

Nice combo you have there!

Yep we have put in ours too.

Growing broccoli and cauliflowers also have in a mix of lettuce, put in a cucumber and a courgette.

Didn't have much joy with the tomatoes last summer, they grew a lot of foliage but not much fruit :(

Snow just sounds cold! We're lucky here in Queensland, we can grow all year round.

$2.47 ain't half bad! You don't get much for that price over here, mine are mostly seed grown.

Haha I haven't got a fruit from my tomatoes yet either, they're still little. Enough beans to feed a small army though, those things just go nuts here

Got some limes coming on, should be ripe next week

I tried one called Early Girl... Not sure if I mentioned that earlier? I didn't like it as it was more of an heirloom style which I have discovered I am not so fussed on.
