I only buy physical, I leech what's only digital, unless this is indie and via indie sales channels.

... Xerox Alto was the thing. Anything after we use is just a copy.

I hate to say it but were already there. If I want got a get a game is it easier to pack up the kids and drive to a store, or just click a button and its installed in a couple minutes? 99% of folks are going to click. Unless there is some sort of package that comes with goodies and such.

Yeah, that's one reason I still like to buy physical copies of movies & TV shows.

There is some music I've bought in the form of downloadable FLAC files (no DRM), and I don't mind that so much, but with movies & TV shows, it seems the downloadable ones they sell are all locked to a specific player/software. I prefer to have my own copy that I can play any time, and I can also rip it and play it anywhere I want.

I also don't really like that they use the term "digital" for online streaming and downloadable.. Blu-ray, DVD, and CD are all digital mediums too.

Not to mention that a lot of todays computers (especially Laptops) don't even come with any form of removable media. When I bought my new laptop I also had to buy a USB 3.5 and a USB DVD drive. Maybe they should start marketing new software on either USB sticks or SSD/MicroSSD.
