Hi there,
I was wondering if someone could help me find a game that I played a
demo of back in the 1990s. What I remember:
- It was on the CD from a UK PC Magazine (likely PC Format?) sometime between 1992 and early 1995. (I have looked through the covers of PC format of that time and nothing rings a bell).
- I think that also on that CD was a morphing program, which was unique
at the time (allowing one to do a morph effect on the PC).
- It ran on my PC at the time, a 486DX 33 or 66.
- It was a third person space shooter, with the camera directly behind
the vehicle.
- The action on the demo was on-planet.
- There was a decent soundtrack.
I know that's not a ton to go on, but I'm kind of at a loss on how to proceed. I've looked through the discs and magazines on archive.org and haven't managed to find it yet. If it rings a bell for anyone here, please let me know! Thanks!

The only game that springs to mind is Terminal Velocity. It came out in 1995 and would have run OK on a decent 486.

Raptor comes to mind also. It's free today and there are open source engines for it.
