Hey

I've been going a bit crazy with galactic dynasty this morning. I've
added a, shall we say System Lord to the game, she randomly demands
tribute from the top ranked interbbs player. Also finally added a "win senario", you guessed it, you must amass a great army, including a
command ship and defeat the "System Lord" once you do that, a message
will be sent to all players stating that you have won the game.

Once the game is won, it can continue to be played, so it doesn't reset automatically or anything.

Now this is all highly experimental, the numbers were plucked from my
head, so it might be too easy / too hard to win. Time will tell.

I still need to work on pirate attacks, and do some testing, I dont think
this will be ready until after I get home sometime.
