Hi

This is for anyone using v0.10-alpha on Magicka, I just committed some
changes to the last10 callers which makes it totally incompatible with
the old one.

It will use last10v2.dat instead of last10.dat so there isn't any weird
output if the new version tries to read an old .dat.

You don't technically need to do anything, but you may want to update the login_stanza.lua to match the one in the dist dir, all this does is
display a yellow 'N' beside an entry if the caller is a new user.

Same with the stylesheets for the website.
