This door creates ANSI and Sixel radar images for your area and beyond! You can enter any city on the planet and if it has a weather station, you'll get results! You can find it at firesidebbs.com:23231 under the door menu; it's near release. I don't know

I think this is LoneWolf's first door, or at least using current internet technology. If you haven't, check it out at telnet://firesidebbs.com:23231
for the full animation experience. The ANSI actually impresses me more than that Sixel. It's easy enough to display a graphic, much harder to turn that into usable text-mode graphics. There were only 4 beta testers (1 for each computer architecture); I was quite fortunate to be one.

As I mentioned in previous posts, this door is great. However, since the dev is asking for a $12 registration, I hope that licensed copies will remove all the freeware style firesidebbs.com adverts; there are three unnecessary screens that aren't present on the demo version on Fireside BBS - I'm super stoked to purchase if the licensed copy doesn't reference the devs board and give our users 3 freeware screens... :P

I'm really only familiar with the registered door, just like the demo on his board. It doesn't have those screens.
