Time for some more class room time!

I noticed the other day 4 to 5 probes on my telent port didn't really
think of anything other the block the IP range and fixed it.

But then during the day I logged onto the board and noticed a delay of
5 to 10 seconds between the login (ansi) screen and last 5 callers. That
didn't happen before.

Any ideas folks?

Watch the log output. If it was an intentional delay (throttling), there'd be a corresponding log message.
