Just getting fido setup for the first time in years. I can send netmail and receave receive incoming packets. But when running FIDOIN or OUT i get a returned 255 error. What is 255 and a good place to start my troubleshooting?

Also has sbbsecho.cfg been replaced with sbbsecho.ini?

I was having a pkzip issue w/ dovenet and it also returned a 255. fixed now (thanks DM) but could this also be an archive type pk issue?

If your OS is case-sensitive, I would check the case of the pkunzip executable and make sure it is in camel-case as it is in the example above. Otherwise, I would change my config to match the case of the executable and see what happens.
