I The only reply that I received was I was polling vert to much and every time after posting message on FSXNet and Fidonet the system is calling and sending out the messages to my hib. I already changed all of the hubs to hold and changed all the fidonet events to 5 call outs per day but that did not fix the issue.

Bummer.
Read some documentation/instructions.
Strange how nobody else has this problem. But wait, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR "PROBLEMS" are this way, aren't they?
Should we apply some troubleshooting logic to try and figure out where
the problem originates? <CHUCKLE>

you have to edit sbbs\ctrl\phil.ini and put
RETARD=OFF
at the bottom of the file.
I wish I could ignore this like most people are... Thanks to those
who are stronger than I!
Some may even know that there was once a "famous Phil quotes" link on the wiki? It could even still be around if you look hard enough. :D

I remember seeing a link to what someone called "the Phil file" on a
BBS somewhere, but I don't remember where that was.

I think your confused and incorrect. I never started any attacks
so read the start of the threads and post the correct information
in the message base.
