Can Synchronet display an long ANSI file, say 80 rows long, and slow it down so that the user can admire its beauty?
Yes. There are multiple ways to achieve that:
1. The BPS:<rate> @-code (requires a supporting terminal)
2. The DELAY:<duration> @-code (requires multiple, say every line)
3. The comma (,) Ctrl-A code (can be auto-inserted by the ans2asc utility)
