Title: Sour Cream Chicken

8 oz Sour cream
2 tb Minced chives
2 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Celery salt
2 ts Paprika
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 sm Garlic clove, minced
1 1/4 c Seasoned bread crumbs
3 lb Broiler/fryer chicken; cut
- up, skinned
2 tb Butter; melted
Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
In a shallow bowl, combine first seven ingredients.
Place bread crumbs in a separate shallow bowl. Coat
chicken with sour cream mixture, then coat with bread
crumbs.
Arrange chicken on a rack in a foil-lined 15" X 10" X 1"
baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Drizzle with
butter; bake 15-20 minutes or until juices run clear.
