JD Vance is ok, and I agree with everything he says, however, at his rally today (I watched it) he's just rambling on about silly things that the media talks about all the time (racism, energy dependence, indoctrination of kids in public schools.) His speech was highly ineffective, and 90% useless.

He will be ok as vice president (better than Kamala) but he seems unfocused and weak, and I hope we have somebody more enthusiastic and energized than this for the 2028 presidential election.

But compairing him to Kamala is unfair. A rock would be a better VP than Kamala.

It makes sense to select someone who can bring much needed money to the campaign. (I'm not sure how to use it, but hopefully Trump and Vance know!)

That said, I don't envy them the job of having to protect someone who is
keen to have large, open air events. Every one of them has, and will

All the DEI hires in the government...

I don't think that is near the issue people think. I think the issue is
more that they have gone to hiring too many "yes people" and too many
people, regardless of sex, gender ID, color, etc., who just don't want to
do their jobs... or only want to do the parts they "like," like using their
job as a front to do something illegal.

Where I work, there are plenty of lazy people of all genders and colors.
OTOH, a lot of our best workers are women and/or non-white.
