In 2016 the strongest candidate on the Republican side was
Donald Trump. Things have changed. The strongest candidate
on the Republican side this time is Governor Weld, Romney's
nemesis from Massachusetts.

This is now.

Especially the 20th amendment. It's all in there.

The 20th amendment says nothing about the age requirements for
President. It has to do with changing the dates of starting terms for
the new congress & President.
