Anyone DOOMing these days?
free, but for a Quake Engine game it has some nice features.
Hello All,
Anyone DOOMing these days?
I haven't played Doom in forever. I need to take a look at it again,
but the "To Be Played" list keeps growing and the "Have to Earn a
Living" list doesn't seem to shrink much. ;)
I've been playing Rage, after picking it up cheap at a Steam sale.
I've been disappointed in it. Between Bethesda and ID I expected something a bit more but I haven't found the story line interesting
and the gameplay is boring.
I'll probably end up finishing it because once I buy and start a game
I try to finish it, even if I don't enjoy it. Is anyone else like
that?
I'm off work on medical leave for a short time, so I've been catching
up. :)
I used the time off at the holiday to get in some gaming, but of
course with the sales I ended up picking up more games, so now I'm
farther behind than I was. It's not the like the old days where
you could only afford one at a time. At least I could only afford
one at a time back then. ;)
I never got into gaming on Linux. Most of the time that I've run
Linux my machine couldn't handle games. Now that I have one that
could I've never messed with trying to get any going since I've
also got a PC. Are there any Linux only titles that you would
recommend?
