Title: Vegan Banana Waffles
Categories: Breakfast, Vegan, Waffles
Yield: 1 Batch

1 c Rolled oats
1 c Soy milk; (or your fave
-non-dairy)
1/3 c Wholemeal flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 pn Salt
1 Ripe banana; medium
Oil for cooking; (olive oil
-or coconut oil work great)
2 tb Chia seeds

Put all the items into a large bowl and blend them using a hand
blender. Cook as normal in a waffle iron.
