Title: Mock Tuna Sandwich Filling

400 g Can Chickpeas
1 Celery rib
1 Spring onion -OR-
1 tb White onion
1 tb Vegan mayo
Salt and pepper

Drain and lightly mash the chickpeas until they're flaky.

Chop the celery and onion.

Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
