MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Salmon Zucchini Bake

Yield: 6 Servings

15 1/2 oz Can salmon
1 1/2 lb Zucchini (4 md)
1 cl Garlic; minced
2 tb Butter
3/4 c Sharp Cheddar cheese; grated
1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1 c Sour cream
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Mixed Italian herbs
Buttered bread crumbs

Break salmon into chunks with fork. Slice zucchini 1/4" thick. Saute
zucchini & garlic briefly in butter. Add salmon, cheese, sour crea, &
seasonings. Turn into casserole dish & top with buttered bread
crumbs. Bake @ 375?F for 20 minutes.
