    I'll probably not get a hub driver gig though. I'm currently 82 and
    next year I'll have 20 years in nas a Zoner. Gonna have to decide do
    I want to retire or not.

    I had no idea I was gonna get this old. Both my parental units went
    tits up in their mid-50s. Now I'm 82, my sister is 80 and our "kid"
    brother is 77. Lost the baby brother to mal-practice by post cancer
    treatments from a croaker who should have know better. Or so the court
    said. His widown and chirrun came out with a lot of $$$ but they'd
    rather have had Dad back.

    Wait until you're old before you retire Dave.

    Title: Pension Saver's Chocolate Syrup
    Categories: Five, Condiments, Chocolate
    Yield: 32 Servings

    1 c Cocoa powder
    1 1/2 c Sugar
    1 ds Salt
    1 1/2 c Water
    1 ts Vanilla extract

    Stir together.

    Boil 2-5 minutes, stirring rapidly, until sauce
    begins to thicken.

    This must be stored in the fridge.

    This homemade chocolate syrup is just as good as
    you-know-who's, and a LOT cheaper. Serving size
    is 1 Tablespoon

    Serves 32; 2 cups

    Title: All-American Hot Dish
    Categories: Hamburger, Main dish, Meats, Vegetables, Cheese
    Yield: 6 Servings

    1 lb Lean Ground Beef
    8 oz Whole Kernel Corn, 1 Cn
    1/4 c Ripe Olives; Pitted, Halved
    2 c Water
    1/2 t Salt
    1 c Cheddar Cheese; Shredded
    1/2 c Onion; Chopped, 1 Md
    8 oz Tomato Sauce; 1 Cn
    4 oz Noodles; Uncooked, Abt 2 C
    1 t Oregano Leaves
    1/4 t Pepper

    Cook and stir the meat and onion in a large skillet until the meat is
    brown. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in the UNDRAINED corn and the
    rest of the ingredients. TO COOK IN A SKILLET: Heat the mixture to
    boiling then reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring
    occasionally, until the noodles are tender, about 20 minutes. Serve
    hot. TO COOK IN THE OVEN: Pour the mixture into an ungreased 2-quart
    casserole. Cover and bake in a 375 degree F. oven for 30 minutes,
    stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake until the mixture thickens,
    about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
