    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Crescent Turkey Casserole
    Categories: Poultry, Breads, Dairy, Vegetables
    Yield: 4 servings

    1/2 c Mayonnaise
    2 tb A-P flour
    1 ts Chicken bouillon granules
    1/8 ts Pepper
    3/4 c Milk
    10 oz Box mixed vegetables;
    - thawed
    1 1/2 c Diced cooked turkey
    4 oz Tube refrigerated crescent
    - rolls

    Set oven @ 375oF/190oC.

    In a saucepan, mix first 4 ingredients until smooth;
    gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium
    heat; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.
    Add vegetables and turkey; cook and stir until heated
    through. Transfer to a greased 8" square baking pan.

    Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles;
    arrange over turkey mixture. Bake until casserole is
    heated through and topping is golden brown, 15-20
    minutes.

    Title: Taco Salad Casserole
    Categories: Beef. veget, Beans, Cheese
    Yield: 4 Servings

    1 lb Ground beef
    1/4 c Chopped onion
    1/4 c Chopped green pepper
    1 oz Env taco seasoning
    1/2 c Water
    1 c Crushed tortilla chips
    16 oz Can refried beans
    1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese

    MMMMM--------------------------TOPPINGS-------------------------------
    Chopped lettuce
    Chopped tomatoes
    Sliced ripe olives
    Sour cream
    Picante sauce

    In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper
    over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
    Stir in taco seasoning and water. Cook and stir until
    thickened, about 3 minutes; set aside.

    Place chips in a greased 8" square baking dish. In a
    small bowl, stir refried beans; spread over chips. Top
    with beef mixture and cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, @ 375ºF/190ºC until heated through,
    15-20 minutes. Top with lettuce,
