Title: Garbanzo Sunflower Seed Tacos

8 Taco shells
6 oz Can tomato paste
1 c Sunflower seeds
1 lg Onion; chopped
2 Green peppers; chopped
1 c Garbanzo beans; up to 1 can
1 ts Cumin
2 ts Garlic powder
2 ts Chili powder
Black pepper; to taste

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
Nuts
Lettuce; chopped
Onions; chopped
Tomato slices
Green pepper; chopped
Cheese; and lots of it

Sauté onions, green peppers, and sunflower seeds in oil until
veggies are tender. Add tomato paste, garbanzo beans, and seasonings.
Spoon filling into shells. Add topping.
