We've made something similar in the past and I recently got a few
recipe ebooks for a $1 on humble bundle and saw a similar recipe that
I did not follow closely at all when I made these. X-) This is real
easy to put together and I think they're pretty good.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray or rub cooking spray, oil, or butter on a 13x9" baking dish.
Whisk together melted butter, mustard, honey and poppy seeds.
Spread mayo on the botton half of the buns and place them in the 13x9"
dish.
Pile your preferred amount of ham and cheese on the buns in the dish.
Place the top half of the buns on the ham and cheese.
Spread the mustard mixture you made evenly over top of all the buns.
