MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Potatoes, Peas, And Tofu

Yield: 4 Servings

Oil or butter; for frying
1 c Onions; chopped
1 tb Carraway seeds
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Curry powder
1/2 ts Cumin
1/2 ts Salt
3 Potatoes; sliced
1/2 c Water
3 c Raw peas; fresh or frozen
2 Tofu cakes -OR-
4 Eggs; if tofu is not

1 c Cheese; grated (optional)

Sauté onions and seasonings in oil. Add potatoes and water and allow
to steam until potatoes are tender. Add mashed tofu and remaining
ingredients, stir gently, and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Top
with grated cheese and serve.
