500 g Pancit bihon noodles
4 cl Garlic
1 md Onion; chopped
120 g Cooked chicken meat
1 sm Cabbage; chopped
2 md Carrots; chopped
5 Green beans
1 sm Red bell pepper
30 g Unshelled shrimp
1 ts Black pepper
1/2 c Soy sauce
2 1/2 c Chicken broth
In a large pan, add some cooking oil. Saute garlic and onion in oil.
Add cooked chicken. Add unshelled shrimp and cook for about 2
minutes. Add black pepper and stir to spread evenly. Next pour in the
soy sauce. Add the green beans. Add the carrots. Add some of the
chicken broth. Add the red bell pepper. Add the cabbage. Pour in the
remaining chicken broth. Add salt to taste. Stir and let cook for 3
minutes. Add the soaked noodles, stir. Cook for about 10 minutes, or
until noodles are tender and liquid evaporates. Serve with fish sauce
and calamansi.
