1 Cauliflower head
1 c Kasha (Buckwheat groats)
1/2 Onion
1/2 lb Mushrooms
2 cl Garlic
1 c Muenster cheese
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Parsley
1 ts Oregano
1 tb Soy sauce
2 c Water
Saute onions in oil with spices. Add remaining veggies and 1/4 c
water. Allow to steam for a couple of minutes. Add kasha and 2 c
water, bring to a boil, then simmer and allow to cook for 40 minutes.
Before serving, top with soy sauce and cheese.
