MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Hominy Grits
Categories: Breakfast, Cereals
Yield: 4 Servings

1 c Hominy grits
3 c Milk
1 ts Salt
2 Eggs
6 tb Butter
1 c Cheese; grated

Stir grits into milk, add salt, and cook over medium heat, stirring
often so mixture does not burn. When mixture is thick, remove from
heat and add eggs and 1 c water, stirring vigorously. Return to heat
and cook until thickened. Add butter and cheese and simmer for 5
minutes.
