Title: How To Cook Millet In A Rice Cooker

Yield: 3 Servings

1 c Dry millet
2 c Water

Optionally dry toast the grain in a heavy skillet. This will improve
the flavor. Place all ingredients in the rice cooker. Use setting for
white rice. When it finishes, allow it to rest for another 10 minutes
before opening the lid to serve.
