2 Cod steaks
1 c Water
1 Green onion
1 sm Ginger piece
3 oz Preserved winter melon; (85

1 tb Cooking wine
1 tb Sugar
1 pn White pepper
Rinse fish, place on steaming plate.
Mince preserved winter melon, mix with last three ingredients.
Pour over fish. Arrange sectioned green onion and sliced ginger on
top. Place in rice cooker. Add 1 cup water in rice cooker and steam
until switch turns off. Remove.
Remove and discard green onion and ginger. Transfer fish to serving
platter. Ready to serve.
