Title: Black Bean And Cheese Tortilla Pie

Yield: 6 Servings

3 tb Oil
1 Onion; chopped
1 Bell pepper; chopped
2 cn Black beans; (15 oz ea)
1 c Salsa
1/2 ts Chili powder
2 c Cheddar; shredded
2 Tortillas; (10")

Heat oven to 350 F. Saute onions and peppers in oil until soft. Add
beans, salsa, chili powder. Cook until soft and mushy (10 minutes).

Put 1/2 of bean mixture in pie plate. Spread 1 cup cheese on top.
Cover with tortilla. Repeat. Top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
