Our daughter is going on 20 months and as is the case with most kids
that age it can be a bit of a challenge to get her to eat a solid meal
of something that has substance, is natural and healthy. We're on a

She's your kidlet - and children burn up calories very fast. Unless she'sAww, this sounds great, thank you. By sugar free I just meant we try to sweeten it with fruit and not add a bunch of extra sugar. Agreed about the artificial sweetners, we steer clear of those.

Type II (later onset) diabetic and I'm verrrrry careful which chemical sweeteners I put in my face. Bv)=
