1/2 lb Swiss cheese; grated
1 tb Flour
3/4 c White wine
1 cl Garlic; minced
Toss cheese with flour. Add wine and garlic to fondue pot. Heat it
until it bubbles. Gradually add cheese mixture and cook until smooth
and bubbling while stirring constantly.
