Title: Pecan Spice Cookies

Yield: 24 Cookies

2 c Flour; sifted
1 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Pecans
2 ts Ginger powder
2 ts Laxmi brand chai masala
3/4 c Butter
2 Eggs
1 ts Cointreau

Pre-heat oven to 375 F

Sift flour into bowl. Mix in dry ingredients.

In another bowl, cream butter with brown sugar. Add eggs and
Cointreau.

Beat eggs.

Gradually mix in dry ingredients.

Shape cookies with 2 spoons and place on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
