1 Egg
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Soda
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Vanilla
1 c Sour cream
2 c Flour
1 c Fresh blueberries
In large bowl, beat egg. Gradually add sugar. While beating, slowly
pour in oil. Add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients in small bowl; add
alternately with the sour cream to the egg mixture. Gently fold in
blueberries. Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake at
400 F for about 20 minutes.
