4 md Apples; cut in chunks
1 Celery rib; chopped
1/4 c Toasted walnuts; or more if
-desired

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
1/3 c Bleucheese; crumbled
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Yogurt
1/2 Lemon; juice of
1 tb Honey; approximately, to
-taste

Combine all ingredients. Serve cold, on fresh, crisp greens. This
salad is a good appetizer. It also works well as a complement to an
omelette.
