1 Jar blackberry jam
1 pk Cream cheese
2 sl Bread
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Vanilla extract; (originally
-1 tb)
1 Egg
2 tb Sugar
1/2 c Whole milk
2 tb Butter
Oil for grill
Whisk milk with egg, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar. Melt butter on a
skillet over medium heat and dip bread in egg batter. Fry bread in
butter on skillet until golden. Transfer french toast to Foreman
grill and spread desired amount of cream cheese and blackberry jam on
each slice. Close up sandwich and grill until jam is hot and you get
grill marks. Drizzle with syrup and melted jam and garnish with fresh
blackberries and powdered sugar.
