MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Pancakes, Gluten-Free

Yield: 8 Pancakes

2 tb Sugar
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 c GF flour; (I used 50/50 oat
-and rice)
1/4 ts Psyllium husk
1 tb Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Milk

In a large bowl, mix liquid ingredients. Stir in the dry ingredients.

Scoop the batter into a 1/4 cup measuring cup and pour onto a greased
griddle for each pancake.
