Yes, of course. Look for a "Hayes compatible" modem (e.g. V.90 or V.92) - USRobotics is probably the most popular brand. External modems are preferred over internal, but either will usually work.
And can I
use Dial-Up internet connection in 2020? And if I can what do I need?
Yes. You need a dial-up modem, a "land line" (or a VOIP line that will work with analog modems), an Internet service provider that provides PPP/dial-up access and a lot of patience.
