I just wanna ask that does exist something like serial port modem? And can I use Dial-Up internet connection in 2020? And if I can what do I need?

Yes, of course. Look for a "Hayes compatible" modem (e.g. V.90 or V.92) - USRobotics is probably the most popular brand. External modems are preferred over internal, but either will usually work.

Yes. You need a dial-up modem, a "land line" (or a VOIP line that will work with analog modems), an Internet service provider that provides PPP/dial-up access and a lot of patience.

In order to use a dialup modem, you require a service provider that offers numbers to dial into. What OS and version are you running? That determines
to hard part, which is whether your platform still supports dialup
networking.

Oh theres options... you can build a 'serial modem' with hardware, that connects to a wifi connection and passes data through serial as if it WERE an old school modem.... theres this project:

Theres a 'pimodem' made from a raspberry pi zero and does the same thing... these are better ways of doing so, without using old hardware...

I can use my old Pentium PC with Windows 2000 and I think that dial-up service is availble in my country.
