Nice, thanks... will need to check this out... really wish it were on github/gitlab though. I think I soured on WinAmp when the installer
started including shovelware in checkbox options below the fold on the installer... whatever manager decided that should be beaten.

i'm not a fan of vlc as a music player. and i'm pretty sure it barfed on my huge music collection.

winamp is just good for playing music.
also lots of plugins.
