Absolutely. Do you seriously think the army is that stupid to
leave everything fully funtioning? Even some water in the fuel
tanks could work, cutting the brake lines, etc. All quick and
easy in a moment of evacuation.

Even if the equipment was still useable, it would be unusable
pretty quick without maintenance.

They were flying a BlackHawk in a parade the next day.
They left HIIDE systems.
They left Afghan-side networks intact with detailed personal information of Afghan cooperators.

A simple Google search shows just how much we left behind. As if the taliban doesn't have intelligence - in IT... or, lol, mechanics.
