Can't speak to the encoding, but appears to be "grinning face with
smiling eyes". Also curious as to what application is/was used.

Could be the clipboard manager, since that is how I copy them. You select the emoji and it copies them to clipboard and then the clipboard gets pasted. As far as I know of course...

Could be the clipboard manager, since that is how I copy them. You select the emoji and it copies them to clipboard and then the clipboard gets pasted. As far as I know of course...

so what do you think it looks like to people that read your ads on a bbs?
